Hi Lynn and Herb,

I have been wanting to write you and say that we cannot be more pleased with Buttercup - she has a fantastic personality, is our constant companion, and is just beautiful, too!  

I can't say enough about Laura Kennels and the amazing customer service that you have provided along the way.
